So from July until late December I was walking or running at least two miles a day. I got sick in late December and then I was sick a lot in January and February. After I finally got well, the weather was really iffy and so I got out of the habit. Now with school in just a few weeks I am trying really hard to get back in the habit. Of course before I was getting up at 5am every morning to walk but now I am walking in the evenings with my kids. I feel so out of shape but it has been great getting back into the walking. It’s also great spending the time with my kids. I have actually been able to have a few rare conversations with my son. I know it will take some time to get back in shape but I am really glad I am on the right track again.
